       Three-quarter Time Position:  Compensation $45,495 (includes pension/medical and allowances)

Goals for this ministry:

·         Work with the congregation on the five “developmental tasks” of Interim ministry.

·         Serve as leader of worship and administer sacraments

·         Officiate at weddings and funerals

·         Provide pastoral care

·         Provide administrative leadership

·         Function as Head of Staff

·         Moderate Session and advise the Board of Deacons

·         Be a resource person for fellowship groups

·         Other pastoral work

The church’s major mission project is Little School of the Desert, a state licensed pre-school authorized to serve 101 children located in a separate building adjacent to the church.
